Terms and Conditions

This agreement outlines the terms between you (the user) and Brightsun Travel T/A Kaabah Tour (hereafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using our website or making any bookings, you agree to abide by the following terms without limitation. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorised to use this website or proceed with any booking.

1. Contract Formation

When you place a booking through our website and full payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email from Kaabah Tour or the travel supplier, marking the creation of a binding contract. All travel products displayed are subject to availability. Depending on the nature of your booking—flights, accommodation, or packages—terms may vary.

Kaabah Tour acts as an intermediary for third-party travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and package providers. Contracts are made directly between you and these suppliers, and we are not liable for the delivery or performance of their services.

Kaabah Tour strongly recommends travel insurance for all bookings, particularly for Hajj and Umrah packages, where delays or cancellations may occur due to reasons beyond our control.

2. Travel Suppliers & Conditions

Any travel product you book is also subject to the respective Travel Supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to changes, cancellations, refunds, and payment terms. You are responsible for adhering to these rules, including reconfirming flights and check-in requirements.

3. Flight Booking Policies

Flight tickets may be subject to non-refundable or non-changeable conditions. Tickets must be used in the order specified in your itinerary. Airlines reserve the right to make changes or cancel flights. Kaabah Tour will assist you as best we can but cannot be held responsible for such changes.

4. Booking Delivery & E-Tickets

We offer both e-tickets and paper tickets depending on airline policies. Ensure your contact details are correct; we are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to incorrect information. Notify us immediately of any changes in contact information.

If you haven’t received your tickets within 7 business days, contact us. We may charge a reissue fee if you fail to notify us within 48 hours after this period. Paper ticket delivery is only available within the UK. Delivery tracking details will be shared via email.

5. Cancellation & Amendment Policies

Cancellations or modifications depend on the supplier's terms. For flight changes or cancellations, contact our support team at info@kaabatours.co.uk. Some fees may apply. A no-show may result in a full fare forfeiture by the airline or travel supplier.

Important Notices:

  • Flight deposits are non-refundable.
  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months before travel.
  • Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the Saudi Embassy. We are not responsible for rejections.
  • Visa costs may fluctuate; you may need to cover the difference.
  • Hotel availability is subject to change. Alternative accommodations may involve an additional fee.

6. Payment Policy

Full payment is typically required at booking. Payment methods include major credit and debit cards. We may require additional identity verification for fraud prevention. Failure to provide correct billing details may lead to cancellation or fare changes.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Payments for flights may appear as separate transactions on your statement. If payment fails, any price increases must be paid before ticket issuance can proceed.

7. Passports, Visas, and Health

British Citizens must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months after entry into another country. Non-UK citizens should consult their respective embassies for travel documentation requirements.

For travel to the United States, you may need a machine-readable passport or a visa depending on your eligibility under the Visa Waiver Program. For health guidance, UK travellers should refer to the Department of Health’s website or their GP.

8. General Liability Terms

Kaabah Tour is not responsible for damages, injury, or loss unless directly caused by our negligence. In the case of international travel, liability is limited by international conventions. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Special Hajj Package Information

  • Accommodations like Aziziyah are economic standard regardless of package class.
  • Mina tents may be shared among 40–60 people and may require up to an hour of walking to reach Jamarat.

10. Complaints & Customer Support

For any issues, contact our support team before your departure. For on-site issues, file a complaint with the relevant Travel Supplier immediately. Post-travel complaints must be submitted within 30 days.

11. APIS Requirement

We are legally required to collect Advance Passenger Information for certain countries, including the USA. Failure to provide this may result in denied boarding or cancellation. Ensure accuracy when submitting passport and travel information.

12. Conduct & Behaviour

You are responsible for your conduct during travel. Inappropriate or offensive behavior may result in immediate termination of your travel services without refund or compensation. Damages caused will be your liability.

13. Website Use

The website is offered “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or virus-free usage. All site content is for general information purposes and subject to change. Always confirm details with the relevant Travel Supplier.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Kaabah Tour unless stated otherwise. You may not reuse or reproduce any content without written permission.

15. Privacy Policy

By using this site, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the use of your information as outlined therein. Third-party suppliers may also access your data to fulfill bookings.

16. ATOL Protection

Kaabah Tour is ATOL protected under the Civil Aviation Authority. If your booking qualifies for ATOL protection, this will be indicated in your confirmation email. Learn more at www.atol.org.uk.
